X-Rated Stabilizers

Carbon Craft Stabilizers is pleased to introduce the XRated Bar. We continue to look for and utilize the newest technology in the carbon fiber industry. What we found was another Ultra-high modulus carbon strand that is even stiffer than the strands used in the Ghost.  We decided on a standard .750” outside diameter.  This gives the stabilizer incredible stiffness while allowing the overall weight to be kept to a minimum.  The stabilizer also utilizes Carbon Craft’s unique internal vibration dampening system.  The end result is 130% stiffer than our popular Gen4 and 70% stiffer than the Ghost; while maintaining the same overall weight.  If you are looking for what we believe to be the best target stabilizer on the market, welcome to X-Rated!!

Ghost Stabilizers

Design and testing of the new Carbon Craft Ghost series stabilizer is complete. When I started this many years ago, I asked people how I could improve on the Gen4 stabilizer. I got the same answer from everyone. They said, "Don't you dare change the Gen4." At that point I decided I would not make another target stabilizer unless it was better than the Gen4 in every aspect that makes a stabilizer great. It would have to be lighter, smaller, stiffer, and share the Gen4's great vibration dampening properties. After countless failures and countless carbon configurations I finally figured it out.

The Carbon Craft Ghost utilizes a specifically designed Ultra High Modulus carbon that is almost 70% stiffer than the high modulus carbon used in the Gen4. The Ghost is slightly lighter than the Gen4 and significantly smaller in diameter. It also shares the same vibration dampening system that made the Gen4 so popular. The end caps are machined from 7075 aluminum which is 2X stronger than 6061.

Production of the Ghost will start slow and increase based on demand. Unfortunately, using the best materials available, comes at a high price. Carbon Craft is a very small company, so I'm unable to stock a high number of these stabilizers. The first batch will be available in a couple weeks and will be limited to only SIX sets (1 front bar, 1 rear bar). The first six people that email me can reserve one of the six sets. If you don't get one of the first sets, more will be available shortly after. We are also accepting shooter staff positions that will receive a discount on product. Gen4 Stabilizer

The ultimate in target stabilization!  The Gen4 Stabilizer is our premium target stabilizer.  The Gen4 is made using a true high modulus carbon rod that is manufactured USA.  The carbon rod is manufactured using a multi directional weave pattern, 100% high modulus fibers, a special resin system, with 17 layers of carbon.  The finished rod is a hyper stiff, lightweight, high quality carbon rod.  The rod is sanded and waxed by hand for a clean smooth finish.  The stabilizer is fitted with internally mounted, cnc machined 6061 aluminum end caps.  The Gen4 utilizes a 3 part internal vibration dampening system that dampens vibration without adding unnecessary weight.  The Gen 4 is available with anodized black or bare machined aluminum end caps threaded in 5/16X24.  Stock sizes are 8”, 10”, 12”, 15”, 27”, 30”, and 32”.  Custom sizes can be made upon request.  **Contact CarbonCraft Stabilizers for Team Pricing on Gen4 Sets.
